Shipping Policy

- We primarily use USPS Priority as our shipping method for North American orders (Canada, USA, and Mexico). USPS Priority typically delivers within 3-5 days upon shipment. However, please note that actual fulfillment for some items may take up to 15 days.

- We ship to North America, including Canada, USA, and Mexico.
3. Shipping Costs:
- We offer free standard shipping for orders totaling $35 or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
4. Order Processing Time:
- Order processing usually takes 2-3 days. However, please keep in mind that printing of the item will require an additional 3-7 days.
5. Shipping Carriers:
- We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping services.
6. Customs and Duties (for international orders):
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. Customers are responsible for paying these additional charges as per their country's regulations.

- Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you tracking information via email to help you track your package's delivery status.

10. Return to Sender Policy:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the customer fails to claim the package, we will promptly reach out to you via email (and phone if provided) to verify and correct the shipping address. Once confirmed, we will re-ship the package to you.
