Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Customized items, including those in the Spellements™ collection, cannot be refunded if the buyer chose the wrong thing to print due to the personalized nature of these products. We will work closely with you during the order process and provide proofs to ensure accuracy. However, if we made a mistake in the personalization, we will gladly replace the item.

2. Return Timeframe:

  • Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving their order. For holiday gifts, exceptions can be made, allowing up to 90 days from the date of delivery for initiating returns.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@myproudprints.com as soon as possible. We will review the request to determine if it meets our return policy criteria. If eligible, we kindly ask that the customer pays for the return shipping cost. We will provide the return address for the shipment.

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery (90 days for gifts). If you wish to exchange your item for a different variant or product, please contact us at support@myproudprints.com for further assistance.

5. Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Contact us at support@myproudprints.com to request the cancellation.

6. Restocking Fees:

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
